Rental Policies

Check In & Check Out

Check In: 3pm

Check Out: 1:00 pm for the Winter season, and 11:00 am for the Summer season

* Please note that our office closes at 5:00pm*

Payment

Payment Policies: 50% of the total amount is due at the signing of the lease. This includes security and cleaning deposit. The balance is due 2 weeks prior to occupancy. Balance paid on arrival must be made by cash, certified check or money order.

*CREDIT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED*

Security Deposit

A Security deposit is required for all rentals. When necessary, it will be used to cover any damages, additional cleaning fees, and any other fees caused during your stay. Security deposit will be returned to Leasee within 30 days after departure.

Cleaning

To ensure the cleanliness of each of our rentals, every property has a cleaning fee which covers normal cleaning. The fee varies based on the size and features of the home.

Occupancy

Each rental property has a maximum occupancy. Rental units may not be occupied by more than the # listed.

Linens

Linens are not provided, so don‚t forget to bring your pillowcases, sheets, and towels.

Monthly, Seasonal, & Long term Rentals

Rates do not include utilities. Renters are responsible for utilities during the rental period.
